Due to recent expansion, we are looking for an Office Administrator to work within our Administration busy Office.
Hours will be 37.5 per week, Salary dependant on experience.
This Office Administrator role would be ideal for a highly organised and proactive team worker who is adaptable, dedicated and committed with excellent interpersonal skills coupled with a motivated approach.
The role will involve liaising directly with Customers and Suppliers and providing high level support to Company Directors and Finance Manager.
Preferably you will have sage experience but this is not a requirement as training will be given.
The preferred candidate will possess:
– Good communication skills,
– Excellent Telephone Manner,
– Positive team player,
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
We are also looking to recruit an Office administrator on the National Apprentice scheme.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a valuable member of the Administration team within a meat component supplier.
You will be assisting with the running of the office administration duties.
Responsibilities will include:
Handling customer enquiries
Updating and maintaining company databases
Filing and Archiving
Support the day to day running of the office
General Administration duties
This list is not exhaustive and your job tasks will expand as you progress through your Apprentice.
Full training and support will be provided to assist the candidate in achieving competence and progressing their skills in the above duties as well as achieving the ILA in Business and Administration Qualification.
